By installing or using the SheetJoin Chrome Extension ("Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of Service

SheetJoin is a Chrome browser extension that provides AI-powered analysis, table joining, and duplicate detection for Google Sheets. The Service communicates with a backend API hosted on Render.com.

2. Account & Authentication

You must authenticate with a valid Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activity under it.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any regulations.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API.
• Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service.
• Submit harmful, offensive, or misleading content via analysis prompts.

4. Free & Pro Plans

The Free plan includes limited daily operations. The Pro plan is available via paid subscription processed through Stripe. Plan limits are enforced per calendar day (UTC). We reserve the right to adjust limits with reasonable notice.

5. Payment & Refunds

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time via the Billing Portal in the extension. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you believe an error occurred.

6. Google Sheets Data

SheetJoin accesses your spreadsheet data only when you explicitly trigger an operation. We do not store raw spreadsheet data after an operation completes. By using the Service, you confirm you have the right to process the data in the spreadsheets you submit.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. AI-generated analysis results are informational and may not be accurate. You should verify critical decisions independently.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SheetJoin shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent version. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
